Purposes of and legal basis for the processing

Data processing helps preparethe consultation and the offer. This is to be regarded as a pre-contractual measure and its purpose is to facilitate the closing of a customer contract between you and United Robotics Group GmbH. The legal basis for personal data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 . b) of the GDPR.

If you have given us your consent for personal data processing, it will proceed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) of the GDPR. 6 para. 1 . a) GDPR.

Data recipient

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

Transfer of your data to third countries

It is not intended for your personal data to be transfered to a third country or international organization.

Storage period

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the above-stated purposes.

As we are required by law to retain your personal data, your data will be deleted after the statutory retention period has expired.

Your rights, in accordance with Arts. 15 – 21 of the GDPR, are as follows:

Right of appeal

You also have the right to register a complaint with a data protection authority.
