FOUNDER & CEO

Wassim Saeidi is the founder and CEO of United Robotics Group. In 2014 he founded WS System GmbH, from which today’s United Robotics Group GmbH emerged. The production engineer has grown the company from an idea into a leading provider of AI-powered robotics solutions for healthcare and service environments. Under his leadership came the uLab Mobile laboratory robot, the uLog, uServe and uClean service robots and the uGo+ robotics platform. With the humanoid robot uMe, unveiled at CES in Las Vegas in early 2026, he set the industry’s next milestone.

Saeidi is a sought-after speaker on the interplay of robotics, artificial intelligence and human interaction. He serves on the board of VDMA Robotics + Automation and on the BDI Committee for Industrial Healthcare.

CO-CEO & COO

Kerstin Wagner is Co-CEO and COO of United Robotics Group and, together with founder and CEO Wassim Saeidi, is responsible for the company’s strategic development. The healthtech and diagnostics expert brings extensive international experience from her time at Siemens Healthineers, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations, leading the global diagnostics portfolio and key product launches. At United Robotics Group she drives the global scaling of the uLab Mobile laboratory robot, the expansion of the product portfolio and the development of the uMe humanoid robot.
