Chicago – May 6, 2024 – As demand for automation solutions grows across industries, United Robotics Group Americas Inc. (URG), a derivative of HAHN Automation Group and the American affiliate of the German-based service robotics company, will share a glimpse into the future of robots for humans at Automate 2024 in Chicago at McCormick Place from May 6-9, 2024. 

Envisioning a day where robots will be easily deployed to work alongside humans according to industry safety standards, URG will demonstrate the autonomous and collaborative applications of its CobiotX third-generation solutions, which seamlessly integrate with manufacturing and production workflows. CobiotX represents a new generation of service robots that are dynamic, human-controlled, versatile, socially responsible, and respectful of data privacy and human safety, bringing transformative changes to human-machine interaction. These solutions serve humans in almost every industry, providing engaging and entertaining experiences, and enhancing our quality of life through automation.

URG will showcase solutions across industries including intralogistics, retail, life sciences and hospitality at Automate 2024. The solutions on display will include Kairos, a mobile manipulator specialized for industrial applications; uMobileLab, URG's first lab robot designed to increase efficiency of testing in labs; Plato, which automates repetitive and labor-intensive tasks to create a better working environment for staff within the hospitality industry.

Furthering Education in Robotics

URG is deeply committed to advancing education and research in the automation industry.
