Bochum, Germany, 30th January 2025 - United Robotics announces the appointment of Kerstin Wagner as Vice President of Global Partnerships and Strategy. With nearly three decades of experience, including a distinguished tenure at Siemens Healthineers, Kerstin has made a transformative impact on the healthcare and diagnostics sectors. Throughout her career, Kerstin has been a driving force in advancing innovation, operational excellence, and transformative growth. Her deep expertise spans clinical diagnostics—including immunochemistry, infectious disease, hematology, hemostasis, immunohematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and automation—delivering innovative solutions that enhance diagnostic precision and improve patient outcomes.
Before joining United Robotics Group, Kerstin successfully led Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostics portfolio and global marketing initiatives as Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations. She led high-profile projects that set new industry standards, including the introduction and launch of Siemens Healthineers’ flagship diagnostic platform across EMEA. Her career began in R&D, focusing on immunochemistry, and evolved into leadership roles integrating newly acquired businesses—demonstrating her unique ability to drive innovation and foster collaboration across various organizational environments.
Kerstin has influenced industry-wide advancements as a previous board member of MedTech Europe and the German American Chamber of Commerce (GACC). At MedTech Europe, she championed innovation and compliance in medical technology, while at GACC, she strengthened transatlantic business relations.
