Training centres: your workflow has already run here

Solutions

Before a robot moves in your facility, your workflow has already run at ours. Two centres with real environments — laboratory in Stuhr, hospital and care in Gelsenkirchen.

Why we operate training centres

Robotics rarely fails on the technology and often on the workflow: the door that opens differently, the lift that is connected differently, the rack that stands elsewhere. That is why we operate two centres with real environments — not trade-fair stands, but set-ups where your workflow runs under real conditions before anything rolls at your site.

Two centres, two worlds

The European framework

Integration, commissioning and service come from Germany; the workflows are developed and proven here. Data protection, safety and ethics are part of the design from the start: AI processing runs on the device, there is no cloud requirement, data sovereignty stays with the operator — and co-determination and works councils are at the table from day one.

What we do not promise

A training visit does not replace a site survey or commissioning at your facility. It answers the question before that: whether your workflow is robot-ready — and where it is not. If we see at the centre that a deployment does not add up, we say so there, not after the order.

Frequently asked questions

What does a visit to the training centre cost?

We agree the scope when booking — it depends on extent and travel. What you certainly invest is a day of time, and before an investment decision that almost always pays off.

Do I need to bring anything?

Ideally your workflow: sample path, ward route, handover points, floor plan. The more concrete the input, the more reliable the result.

How long does a visit take?

Usually half a day to a full day, depending on how many workflows are run through.

Does the training replace a site survey?

No. It answers the question before it: whether your workflow is robot-ready. The survey at your site follows if the answer is yes.

The next step

Book a visit to the training centre. You bring your workflow — we run it, before you decide.

Stuhr: making diagnostics globally accessible.

In many regions, laboratory diagnostics does not fail on devices but on skilled staff. Automated workflows make diagnostics possible where it otherwise does not happen.

In Stuhr we rehearse laboratory workflows on a real set-up — from sample entry to archive.

Gelsenkirchen: ward routine instead of showroom.

Transport, secured handover, cleaning, service: in Gelsenkirchen, hospital and care workflows run with real partners from care provision, including the KERN Group.

Those who have seen it decide with different knowledge.
