Two weeks of uLog at your site.

We bring a unit to you, set it up on your routes and collect it again. You see in your own operation what the robot takes over — not in a demo.

Why a trial placement?

The trips are what cost you time

Samples, medication, laundry, files, meals. Each run on its own is short. Added up, it comes to half a full-time role.

At night nothing moves at all

When staffing thins out, transports are left undone or someone squeezes them in alongside their own work — both are expensive.

You want to see it before you buy it

A data sheet will not tell you whether the robot fits through your doors and can operate your lift. Only a trial in your own building answers that.

How the trial placement works

01 · Initial call, 30 minutes

We establish which routes are suitable, how wide the passages are, and whether lifts or doors need to be integrated.

02 · Set-up on site, one day

We bring the unit, map your routes and set up the jobs. No structural changes are required.

03 · Two weeks in operation

Your team operates the robot itself. We are reachable, but we do not stand over your shoulder.

04 · Review and removal

You receive the distances driven, the jobs handled and the journeys saved in writing. Then we collect the unit — or it stays.

The trial placement is free of charge for you. It creates no obligation to buy. If you then decide to rent, all costs are included – you only cover the transport.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to prepare?

A power socket and a parking spot. We bring everything else.

Does anything need to be built?

No. The robot navigates freely and needs no floor markings.

Who operates it?

Your team, after about an hour of instruction. No programming knowledge is needed.

What happens after two weeks?

You decide. We collect the unit, or we talk about continuing. Saying no costs nothing.

Autonomous or hand in hand — you decide

uLog runs for 16 hours without recharging — or around the clock with its own charging station and intelligent battery management system. And when the situation calls for it, it can work differently: in hybrid operation, robotics and staff work on the same process in real time — no handover point, no reconfiguration, no standstill in between.

Which mode is running is your team's decision. Not the system's. You can switch during operation when volumes change, when a shift is thinly staffed, or when a case takes priority.

Hybrid operation is designed so that responsibility for every decision stays where it belongs: with your team.

Hybrid in real time — people and robotics on the same process, at the same time.

You decide — switch over during operation.
