Serving, clearing, covering distances: uServe takes on the trips that cost service teams time all day. Your staff stay where they are needed — with the guest. No conversion, no structural changes, no IT department required.

uServe on subscription: minimum term 12 months, then cancellable at three months' notice. The monthly price includes the unit as well as software and updates.
Delivery, instruction, service and maintenance are not included in the monthly price — you receive a transparent quote for these before the contract is signed. The actual price may differ depending on configuration, term and quantity; that is why it is a „from“ price.

We bring uServe, map your routes and instruct your team. No building work, no floor markings.
03 · The first service
uServe joins in. Your team decides what it takes on: serving, clearing, or both.
04 · Operation and service
Software and updates run with it. If something comes up, we come out.
What the monthly price covers — and what it does not
Included are the unit, the software and all updates.
Not included are delivery, instruction, service and maintenance. You receive a separate, clear quote for those before the contract is signed.
Why we keep them apart: a monthly price with everything rolled in is either too high or gets renegotiated later. We would rather say up front what is added.

How long does the instruction take?
About an hour. After that your team operates uServe itself; no programming knowledge is needed.
Does anything need to be built?
No. uServe navigates freely, without rails and without floor markings.
How many tables can it manage?
That depends on your routes, not on a figure in a data sheet. We work it through on your floor plan in the initial call.
What happens if someone is in the way?
uServe waits and carries on once the way is clear.
What if we want to stop after twelve months?
After the minimum term you can cancel at three months' notice. We collect the unit.
